Q: Are the Swimming Bags washable?

A: Yes all of the bags are made of Oxford Nylon which is a washable fabric. Whenever asked this question however we tell people that because Oxford Nylon is a waterproof fabric, the more the bags are washed the less waterproof they become.

Q: How long will it take to receive our order?

A: Mail, telephone and internet orders are typically sent out within 2 working days. Orders are normally sent by New Zealand Post. In our experience this can take up to 4 days for North Island orders. If you require an order urgently there is the option of paying for a Courier Post Track Pack which is normally an overnight service (unless you are Rural Delivery). This will cost $5.50 instead of the normal $4.50 for postage.

Fundraising FAQ:

Q: Is the fundraising restricted to schools only?

A: No the fundraising option is available for any individual, group or organisation.

Q: How much postage do parents pay?

A: There is no postage charged to parents. Parents pay exactly the amount stated on the brochure.

Q: Who do our parents make the cheques payable to?

A: Any cheques should be made payable to your school or fundraising organisation.

Q: How long will it take to receive our order?

A: Typically orders are received within 10 working days.
